Kindness Day UK - Every November 13th

Kindness Day UK was founded by Louise Burfitt-Dons and David Jamilly in 2010 to mark November 13th as an annual awareness of kind deeds in the UK. The first Kindness Day was introduced in 1998 by the World Kindness Movement and is now observed in many countries, including Canada, Japan, Australia, Nigeria and United Arab Emirates. In 2009, Singapore observed the day for the first time by distributing 45,000 flowers. Last year a kindness text wave swept the UK, awards ceremonies took place in Scotland and Itay and there was a party atmosphere on Bondi Beach in Australia.
